Property Assistance Company is a full service Property Management Company located in Bellflower.  We have been in business for over 30 years servicing in the Long Beach, Bellflower, Downey and surrounding areas.  Our properties consist of single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, apartment buildings, and commercial properties.

Ann Marsden – Property Manager

Ann Marsden joined our company in 1989.  Ann’s career in Property Management began in 1982 and she has held her license in Real Estate since 1997.  She makes it a priority to manage all aspects of each property including financial operations and landlord/tenant relations, as well as maintaining and creating value in each property.  With over 30 years of knowledge and experience she provides a high level of professional management and expertise.

Grace Mendoza – Property Management Assistant / Front Desk Reception

Ms. Mendoza has been with our company since 2007.  Responsible for administrative support and landlord/tenant relations, as well as accounts payable functions.  She is also fluent in Spanish.
